Wrightchoice Group FC

Established

Wrightchoice Group FC was established in 2004 and entered into the Reading & District Sunday League and started in Division 3. After winning Division 3 in their 1st year, they went on to win successive division titles and promotions including Division 2, Division 1, and finally the Premier division to win promotion to the Senior division; The highest division possible within the league.

Achievements

The proudest moment in the club's history is without doubt winning the Berks & Bucks Intermediate Cup in the 2009/10 season beating Kingshead 1-0. As well as this, in 2010/11 the team completed the double, winning the Senior Division and the Tilehurst Charity Cup, with the final being held at The Madejski Stadium, beating FC Ole 6-1.

Last season (2012/13) again saw the team reach The Tilehurst Charity Cup final at the Madejski Stadium, unfortunately losing to Barton Rovers.
